At Seychelles Footwear, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, original-condition shoes within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely repack your footwear in its original box.
Drop Off Package
Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
